Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish for DTC & CO in Adelaide region. This role involves managing the pr-construction phases, ensuring smooth project execution, and the ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Responsibilities:

l Plan, organize, and manage residential and commercial construction projects from concept to completion, including residential and small to medium-sized commercial building projects. Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and smooth progress.

l Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial constraints. Review and control expenses at all stages, including material procurement and subcontractor costs.

l Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.

l Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project integrity. Resolve project issues and delays proactively.

l Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain seamless workflow.

l Report on project progress, including cost tracking, variations, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

l Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

l Ensure all documentation, including permits, reports, and handover documents, are accurately maintained.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

l At least Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

l Minimum 5 years of experience in managing construction projects in residential and/or commercial area.

l Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Buildertrend or similar).

l Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

l Excellent time management and leadership skills, with flexibility to work on modified schedules and alternate hours to meet project deadlines.

l Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work with other teams.

l Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

l Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
