We are expanding our team in Perth and are looking for a skilled Communications Technician to join us.

We are seeking a dedicated Communications Technician to join our Perth team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced communication systems. You will work on a variety of projects, ensuring that our clients’ communication infrastructures are robust, efficient, and reliable.

About You:

Extensive structured cabling experience in the commercial construction industry.

Extensive fibre optic cabling installation, termination and testing experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or telecommunications role.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to enhance performance.

Collaborate with clients to understand their communication needs and provide tailored solutions.

Document all installation, maintenance, and repair activities accurately and comprehensively.

Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations in all tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to travel to various client sites as required.

Qualifications Required:

Certificate III in Telecommunications Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.

ACMA Cabling Licence with Structured and Optical endorsements (required).

WA Electrical Licence (desirable).

Construction Safety White Card.

WA C class driver's licence.

National Police Clearance with no disclosable outcomes.
