We are now seeking a strategic, purpose-driven leader to join our team as Head of Marketing and Stakeholder Relations — someone who can build our brand, strengthen our presence, and expand our reach to even more families and communities.
About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape and deliver SCECS’ marketing strategy and drive the strategic growth of our services. You will:
● Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across digital, social, print, and community engagement. ● Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including parishes, schools, families, and community partners. ● Oversee brand, communications, website presence, and promotional initiatives to ensure consistency, visibility, and alignment with our mission. ● Lead and develop business cases for new business prospects to grow the organisation. ● Be a key advocate for SCECS within the early childhood education sector, Catholic community, and government. ● Collaborate across departments to support enrolment growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term sustainability.
You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, enhancing our brand, and deepening trust and engagement with families across Sydney.
About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives on purpose and can turn strategy into action. You will bring:
● Proven experience in leading marketing, enrolment growth, or business development strategies in education, childcare, or a values-based sector. ● Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, particularly in
community and faith-based settings. ● Expertise in digital marketing, campaign development, CRM systems, and customer journey mapping. ● A passion for community engagement and a heart for serving children and families. ● Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline. ● Respect for and the ability to work within a Catholic organisation’s values and ethos. Bonus if you have: ● Experience in the ECEC sector and understanding of National Quality Frameworks.
● Familiarity with Catholic communities or school systems.
● A track record of increasing enrolments or service uptake through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
