Shifts: Day (6am-2pm) Afternoon (2pm-10pm) Night (10pm-6am)

**Special Note: After 4 months, the Night Shift will transition to an Afternoon shift (2pm - 10pm).

The Role:
We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Pallet Repairer to join our client's high-performing operations team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and restoring wooden pallets to meet quality standards. Your work will help ensure our customers receive consistent, ready-to-use equipment to support their supply chains.

What We're Looking For:

Recent experience in labouring or construction (required)

• Full working rights (no restrictions)

Familiarity with hand and power tools

Be able to pass a full drug/alcohol screen and medical

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Reliable team player with a strong work ethic

• Current driver's license + reliable transport

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect pallets for damage and sort based on repair criteria

Use hand tools and pneumatic nail guns to repair damaged pallets

Remove broken components and replace with new timber parts

Ensure repairs meet our client's quality and safety standards

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Record daily production and report equipment issues as needed
