Job Opportunity: Pallet Repairer - Night Shift

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time Hours
🏃‍♂️ Shift Time: Night Shift 10pm - 6am
💼 Pay Rate: $39 - $40 hourly

⏰ Special Note: After 4 months, this role will transition to an Afternoon shift (2pm - 10pm).

The Role:

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Pallet Repairer to join our client on the Night Shift. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and restoring wooden pallets to meet quality standards. Your work will help ensure our customers receive consistent, ready-to-use equipment to support their supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect pallets for damage and sort based on repair criteria
• Use hand tools and pneumatic nail guns to repair damaged pallets
• Remove broken components and replace with new timber parts
• Ensure repairs meet our client's quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Record daily production and report equipment issues as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Recent experience in labouring or construction (required)
• Full working rights (no restrictions)
• Current driver's license + reliable transport
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Able to pass a full drug/alcohol screen and medical
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
