The Role

This role is critical to the smooth operation of accounts receivable processes and provides scope to support initiatives and projects across multiple areas of the business. Working in a professional yet friendly team environment, you'll handle end-to-end accounts receivable tasks alongside other ad-hoc responsibilities, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include:

* Managing full-cycle accounts receivable processes across diverse portfolios.
* Addressing billing queries, including adjustments, payment updates, and account maintenance.
* Maintaining cashflow with daily receipting and reconciliations.
* Processing trust account transactions and supporting key reporting activities.
* Running monthly reconciliations and assisting in preparing financial documentation.
* Monitoring inbox communications and resolving issues proactively.
* Providing input into team initiatives and additional duties as required.

About You:

* Solid experience handling end-to-end accounts receivable tasks in detail-oriented environments.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new systems.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Available to start immediately.
