With decades of successful delivery under their belt, they have built a reputation for quality workmanship, technical excellence, and long-standing relationships across the commercial, education, residential, and retail sectors.
As their pipeline of work continues to grow, they are now looking to bring an experienced HVAC Estimator into the business to help drive their next phase of growth.

The Opportunity
Working closely with a knowledgeable and collaborative leadership team, you’ll be responsible for preparing tenders ranging in value from $500k through to $10 million. The majority of your work will involve mechanical services estimation for D&C projects, and you’ll be instrumental in securing new business opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end preparation of detailed mechanical tenders and cost estimates
• Liaising with suppliers, builders and engineers to source pricing and project requirements
• Performing take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Preparing BOQs and submitting competitive, accurate tenders within tight deadlines
• Working collaboratively with Project Managers and Directors to review and refine tender submissions

About You

• Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC or mechanical services estimation in the Australian market
• Strong understanding of D&C project requirements
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Engineering qualifications would be highly regarded, but are not essential
• Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
