About the Role
The College is seeking a dedicated and relational teacher to join their team, delivering Year 7-12 English and Literature. The school is looking for someone who is passionate about language and literature, committed to inspiring students, and eager to contribute to a vibrant Christian learning community.

Is confident teaching English and Literature at VCE level

Interviews are taking place as soon as possible, with a preferred start date of 21st July (notice periods can be negotiated). The school is open to offering either an ongoing or fixed-term contract, depending on your preferences.

Skills and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned English and Literature lessons at VCE level

Build meaningful relationships with students and families, grounded in care and high expectations

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student learning outcomes

Participate in the broader life of the school through pastoral care, events, and staff fellowship

Requirements

Registration: Full VIT registration is essential

Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are required

Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements
