This role is based in Darlington Point NSW and requires you to be on site!

Work for a leading Food Manufacturer as part of an ever growing maintenance team, based in regional NSW they are a major supplier of meat products Australia wide. They currently have 40 people across 3 shifts and 2 lines, they are looking to expand to a 3rd line imminently! This is a fantastic opportunity to join them at a key growth stage and reap the career growth rewards.

Rate: $42p/h + 20% afternoon loading and 30% night shift loading + OT + Super
Location: Darlington Point, NSW
Hours: All shifts available; days, afternoons, nights and rotating rosters

About the role:

• Perform preventative maintenance as per schedules
• Attending breakdowns in a fast and safe manner
• Installing new machinery
• Adhere to stringent health and safety protocol
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on Continuous Improvement projects

About you/key skills and certifications:

• Trade qualified mechanical fitter (Certificate III or equivalent)
• Experience in FMCG/Food manufacturing
• Team player not afraid to suggest new ideas
• Strong mechanical fault finding skills
• Excellent attitude and initiative
