About the Role
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of high-speed packaging machinery in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key responsibilities include:

• As a Maintenance Fitter you will carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance of production equipment
• The Maintenance Fitter will diagnose and troubleshooting mechanical issues
• This Maintenance Fitter will support equipment installation and commissioning
• Maintaining records in line with GMP and internal systems along with other Maintenance Fitter's
• The Maintenance Fitter will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations
• Identifying and contributing to process improvements

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant trade qualification – Fitter or Fitter & Turner
• Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging (pharmaceutical/FMCG preferred)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail and commitment to reliability
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
