Head of Marketing – Lead, Build, Execute & Make It Fun!

As Head of Marketing, you’ll bring structure, energy, and execution to the marketing function. This role combines high-level leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. You’ll be rebuilding systems from the ground up—website, database, automation, brand refresh, budgeting, team development—and more.
You won’t be left in the dark—there’ll be strong direction and support from the COO and Managing Director as you settle in—but this is your chance to own it.
Key Responsibilities:Department Leadership & Execution
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Create and implement marketing processes and accountability systems
- Oversee the execution of major marketing initiatives with a "no-barriers" mindset
- Develop, manage, and track marketing budgets
Brand, Digital & Automation
- Refresh and relaunch the company’s brand, tone, and visual identity
- Oversee development of a new website, digital assets, and SEO structure
- Implement database and automation tools to improve lead nurturing and retention
Campaigns & Performance
- Design and execute national campaigns that increase bookings, drive foot traffic, and maximize revenue
- Collaborate with commercial partners and sponsorships for mutually beneficial promotions
- Analyze performance data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform direction
Culture & Strategy Alignment
- Align marketing strategy with the company’s EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework
- Work closely with the COO to embed a fun, values-based culture across the team and brand
- Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to business growth with innovative thinking
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (ideally Head of/Marketing Manager level)
- A strong executor with a track record of getting things done—websites launched, teams built, campaigns rolled out
- Hands-on experience across brand strategy, campaign delivery, digital marketing, and marketing tech
- Organized, proactive, and unafraid of solving complex problems or working through ambiguity
- Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A genuinely fun human who brings positivity and momentum to the team
