About the role

Network Access PTY LTD is seeking a Water and or Gas Supply Worker to join our team in Keysborough, Victoria. This full-time position is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of water and gas supply systems, ensuring reliable and efficient services for our customers. Our customer network spans from the Mornington Peninsula to South Easter region of Melbourne.

What you'll be doing

Install, maintain and repair water and gas supply lines, meters, and related equipment

Respond to customer service calls and troubleshoot issues with water and gas supply

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on water and gas infrastructure

Follow OHS protocols and comply with all relevant regulations and work procedures

Provide excellent customer service to residential and commercial clients

Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed

What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualifications or experience as a Water and/or Gas Supply Worker

Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with water and gas supply systems and equipment

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a team

Willingness to work overtime

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
