As we continue to grow our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, we’re looking for a SIL Manager to join our leadership team and help shape the future of person-centred support in the St George and Sutherland area.

What You’ll Bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience leading and managing a team of Support Workers within the disability, allied health, or welfare sector
Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing SIL homes including coordinating participant onboarding and transitions, establishing effective support teams, and achieving full occupancy through strategic engagement and collaboration.
In-depth knowledge of SIL operations, NDIS funding structures, and compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguarding Framework
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, allied health professionals, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver truly person-centred, collaborative care
Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Social Housing, or a related field (Diploma-level or higher from a recognised tertiary institution, or equivalent experience)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and compassionate approach
