We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Practice Manager to lead our Prospect and Marryatville clinics. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Clinic Team Leaders and fellow Practice Managers to facilitate smooth operations and maintain our high standard of patient-centred care.

You’ll bring a supportive leadership style, a strong team focus, and a drive for continuous improvement - helping our team grow while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

What You'll be doing:

Lead our Prospect and Marryatville teams: mentor and train administration staff and contribute to our strong and collaborative clinic culture.

Oversee operations of our Prospect and Marryatville clinics: Help our team manage rostering, diary management, stock, accounts and clinic flow.

Support clinic growth: Collaborate with our TPC leadership and Healthia marketing teams to support and build our community presence. Maintain and build relationships with various stakeholders and referring practitioners.

Champion the patient experience: Ensure every client feels welcome, supported, and feedback is managed constructively.

You'll Need:

Full unrestricted Australian working rights.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous allied health experience (desirable but not essential).

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
