Based in a newly upgraded Brisbane CBD office, you'll be the first point of contact for a diverse internal user base, backed by a supportive national IT team. More than just tickets, you'll be learning from a Senior Systems & Security Engineer, contributing to internal projects, and gradually stepping into more senior responsibilities as you grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and resolve IT support tickets through a structured ITSM platform
• Deliver L1 - L2 support across devices, apps, networking, and Microsoft 365
• Assist with onboarding, account setup, and user access (AD, Entra ID)
• Troubleshoot issues confidently and escalate when needed
• Contribute to ongoing IT improvement projects across the business
• Mentor junior staff and help foster a learning focused team culture
• Improve documentation and share knowledge across the team

About You

• 2 + years' experience in an IT Support or Service Desk environment
• Confident troubleshooting mindset with a calm, user-friendly approach
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools and process-driven support
• Hands on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop support
• Strong communication skills and a passion for learning
• Exposure to ITIL practices and a desire to keep developing
