Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Manage warm, inbound leads, no cold calling
• Guide clients through a trusted, consultative sales journey
• Educate prospective investors on the company’s unique model
• Ensure applicants meet investment suitability criteria
• Build trust quickly and convert interest into action
• Close 10+ clients per month and celebrate the wins
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks
• Participate in regular training and team collaboration sessions

What you need to bring:

• Previous success in consultative or high-performance sales
• Confidence, drive, and exceptional communication skills
• A genuine desire to help others achieve financial goals
• Experience in property, finance, or mortgage broking (preferred but not essential)
• A team-oriented attitude with hunger to succeed
• High attention to detail and strong CRM discipline

• $75K–$80K base salary + super + uncapped commissions
