Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Manage warm, inbound leads, no cold calling
- Guide clients through a trusted, consultative sales journey
- Educate prospective investors on the company’s unique model
- Ensure applicants meet investment suitability criteria
- Build trust quickly and convert interest into action
- Close 10+ clients per month and celebrate the wins
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks
- Participate in regular training and team collaboration sessions
What you need to bring:
- Previous success in consultative or high-performance sales
- Confidence, drive, and exceptional communication skills
- A genuine desire to help others achieve financial goals
- Experience in property, finance, or mortgage broking (preferred but not essential)
- A team-oriented attitude with hunger to succeed
- High attention to detail and strong CRM discipline
What’s in it for you:
- $75K–$80K base salary + super + uncapped commissions
- Realistic first-year earnings of $150K+
- First commissions hit your account from month one
- Monday to Thursday: 8am–4:45pm | Friday: 8am–1pm
- 4 weeks annual leave, including Christmas/New Year shutdown
