We’re looking for a hands-on leader to manage one of our refund points. As a Refund Point Manager, you’ll work alongside your team to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of a busy, fast-paced depot. This is a physically active role where you’ll be involved in sorting recyclable materials, operating equipment, maintaining site cleanliness, and managing daily reporting and cash handling.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Leading by example in a hands-on, customer-facing environment

· Sorting and processing recyclable containers

· Operating and maintaining manual sorting equipment

· Managing end-of-day reporting, cash handling, and rostering

· Ensuring the depot is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards

· Supporting team development and performance

· Coordinating with logistics partners for collections and deliveries
