Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and professional Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Domino’s outlet. The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain inventory, enhance customer experience, and ensure the store operates smoothly and profitably. This role requires a strong understanding of retail management principles and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, staffing, customer engagement, and service standards.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and optimize store performance.

Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure the timely ordering and replenishment of supplies.

Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff to build a productive, motivated, and customer-focused team.

Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health and safety regulations.

Monitor store performance through analysis of sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and product quality.

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Experience & Qualifications

An AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, or higher qualification is essential for eligibility.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a retail or hospitality management role.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and motivate a team.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and customer service practices.

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions quickly.
