About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at The Lucky Charm in Bull Creek, WA for consistant weekend and some mid week work hours. As a casual Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall operation of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Providing product information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience

Handling cash, card and mobile payments accurately

Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment

Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

Performing other general retail tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the Retail & Lotterywest environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks

Enthusiasm for providing an outstanding customer experience

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
