ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Hospitality Operations Manager, you won’t be stuck repeating the same food service day after day. You’ll help shape the future of the business and build a culture that makes you and your team excited to come to work. You’ll work closely with our senior leaders (Owners, Directors, Business Manager, Assistant F&B Manager, and Head Chef) to lead a passionate team across two unique restaurants, a growing events calendar, and premium tasting and accommodation offerings.

THE OFFER

Full-time role (Wednesday to Sunday) potentially with some flexibility during off-peak periods

Competitive salary of $90,000–$120,000 + super, depending on fit and experience

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in a hospitality operations or F&B management role, ideally across multi-purpose venues (restaurant, weddings, events, cellar door)

Proven leadership experience with a modern, team-first mindset

Confident in rostering, budgeting, ordering, compliance, and delivering premium guest experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with both guests and your team
