The Il Mondo Boutique Hotel is a privately owned and operated 35 Room accommodation venue in the Kangaroo Point precinct.

Our point of difference is delivering an authentic experience, whilst striving to build a genuine relationship with our Guests.

We are wanting to employ a Duty Manager, Overnight.

This is a Casual position working from 7PM to 12 Midnight, then “staying in” to be on call to any Guest needs.

This casual position is for 3-4 nights per week.

Primarily, the role is to greet our late arrivals and process their Check-In.

Also required as part of the role, is to ensure the Hotel is secured and any overnight issues are quickly and appropriately resolved.

To be successful you will be Service orientated, Guest focused, and have a professional work standard and ethic.

You will also have extensive Hospitality Industry experience, which demonstrates a knowledge of general hotel compliance, an understanding of regulatory requirements and a broad understanding of Hotel Security.
