🎯 Your Role

We're strictly seeking a native English speaker with a bubbly personality, strong initiative, and experience in community engagement, personal care, household support, and activity facilitation. You must be charismatic, proactive, reliable, punctual, and confident in leading group sessions, bringing positive energy to every interaction. . Compassionate, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team.

About the Role:

Provide meaningful, person-centred support in the community

Lead and manage small group sessions and social activities

Assist with daily living tasks such as meal prep, light cleaning, organising, errands, and maintaining a safe and tidy environment

Support with appointments, transport, and outings

Build genuine, respectful relationships with participants

Work independently and collaboratively within a team

Reliable, authentic, and committed individuals who go the extra mile

Driver’s licence & access to a registered, insured vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain) and Working With Children Check (Paid)

Experience in disability support preferred but not essential

Native English speaker preferred (clear communication is key)
