Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated professional to guide and train our organization through Workday implementation and beyond. In this role, you will create and deliver engaging learning programs, support system updates, troubleshoot user issues, and develop eLearning content for Workday as well as other company systems. No prior eLearning authoring experience is required—you only need a passion for learning technology and a willingness to explore new tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workday Training & Adoption
o Implementation Support: Collaborate with project teams to understand new or updated Workday modules, ensuring accurate, timely training for all users.
o Training Delivery: Conduct in-person or virtual sessions tailored to diverse audiences, focusing on system navigation, best practices, and key features.
o User Resources: Create step-by-step guides, job aids, and reference materials to support ongoing user self-service and knowledge retention.
2. eLearning Development
o Content Creation: Design engaging digital training modules, videos, or interactive courses using eLearning authoring tools (training provided if needed).
o Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze learner feedback to enhance training effectiveness and refine content regularly.
3. System Support & Administration
o User Assistance: Provide first-level troubleshooting for common Workday queries, collaborating with IT/HR teams for more complex issues.
o Documentation & Updates: Communicate new features, updates, or enhancements to end users, ensuring system knowledge remains current.
4. Cross-Functional Training Support
o Other Systems Training: Develop and deliver training programs for additional software applications as needed, maintaining a standardized training approach across the organization.
o Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to identify training gaps and propose user-friendly solutions.
Selection Criteria:
• Training & Facilitation Skills: Demonstrated success in delivering classroom and virtual instruction to varied audiences.
• Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of enterprise software (e.g., HRIS, ERP) with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, adept at simplifying technical content for non-technical users.
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new authoring tools and keep training materials fresh and interactive.
• Education/Experience: A bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Instructional Design, or related field is preferred (or equivalent experience). Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
