Consistent growth means we’re expanding our team and have on offer two full-time labour positions with the ideal candidate bringing a can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

About the role

We are seeking 2x full-time labourers looking to build their skills and experience within the floor laying industry.

You’ll learn an in-demand trade from experienced tradesmen including how to prepare, install and finish various flooring coverings.

You’ll experience working within the construction industry and on job sites, as well as develop transferable skills such as reading job plans, works sequencing and Work Health and Safety procedures.

The successful applicant will receive a generous salary as well as skill and experience growth limited only by your drive and dedication.

Qualifications and experience.

You should be self motivated to excel in your job including asking questions and seeking opportunities to practice and advance your skills.

We are a finishing trade, so you’ll need to have attention to quality and detail, and take pride in your work.

You’ll be reliable, have good communication with the team, and be open solving challenges proactively and quickly adapting to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

Be physically fit including being able to lift 20kgs independently and being comfortable with long periods of standing and manual movement.

Must have Drivers Licence and reliable transport capable of getting you to jobs across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Ipswich and Logan.

Have the right to live and work in Australia as well as hold a valid WhiteCard, be willing to get a Fit test done for flooring preparation.
