Role Overview:
As a Trainee Flooring Installer you’ll dive into commercial flooring with no prior experience required. We’ll train you to install vinyl and carpet in aged care facilities, working full-time alongside our skilled team on Gold Coast and Brisbane jobs. This is your chance to learn a trade while contributing to essential spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site prep in aged care buildings (e.g., clearing areas, moving materials)

Learn to measure, cut, and install vinyl and carpet under expert supervision

Use tools safely and efficiently (training provided)

Help load/unload flooring supplies and maintain clean sites

Join the team for frequent trips between Gold Coast and Brisbane

Follow guidance to ensure quality finishes for aged care clients

Requirements:

No flooring experience needed—just a keen attitude to learn

Physically fit for lifting materials and active work

Reliable, adaptable, and ready to put in the effort

Comfortable with regular travel to Brisbane (transport arranged as needed)

Labourer background a bonus but not required
