About the Role:

As a Flooring Labourer at Allure Concrete Solutions, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality flooring solutions for a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience while contributing to a team that prioritises craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the flooring industry. Your role will include concrete grinding, surface preparation, and applying premium finishes—all while ensuring safety standards and project timelines are met.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience in the flooring industry

Basic knowledge of polished concrete, epoxy applications, surface preparation, and levelling

Willingness to learn and grow in the flooring industry

Ability to follow instructions and contribute to a team-based work environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to maintain a clean and organised workspace

Good communication skills for working with clients and team members
