Our Hotel

The Role
This position reports directly to our F&B Manager. You will be working closely with our dedicated and experienced team of F&B Supervisors, to lead our Lady Fairfax Room (breakfast) outlet, as well as assisting in other F&B outlets as required.
You will be responsible for the smooth operation of your assigned outlet, which a focus on improving guest experience and ensuring 5-star service and memorable moments for our guests. This is a fulltime position, and does require 7-day availability with flexibility for AM/PM shifts.
About You
• Previous experience in leading a Food & Beverage team.
• Exceptional communication skills (you will work closely with other Food & Beverage teams in the hotel, including the Conference & Events and Kitchen Team and have direct contact with the guests at the hotel).
• Excellent attention to detail and be genuinely enthusiastic about making our guests experience as positive as possible.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience on developing and motivating staff
• Working knowledge of Infrasys Cloud would be extremely beneficial but not essential
• Hold a current NSW RSA card.
Pay Rates
This is a full time opportunity, you will be expected to be available for rotating shifts Monday – Sunday. Our rates are as per the Hospitality Industry General Awards. This is a level 5 position.
