Our Hotel

Nestled within the 169-year-old sandstone façade that once housed Sydney’s Fairfax newspaper empire and the esteemed Bank of New South Wales, Paradox Sydney honours its rich legacy while stepping confidently into the future. Centrally located in Sydney’s vibrant CBD, our hotel is just moments from the city’s most renowned attractions, dining and commercial hubs.

On 1 July 2025, the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney officially transitioned to Paradox Sydney—ushering in a new era for this iconic address and the global Paradox brand.

The Role

This position reports directly to our F&B Manager. You will be working closely with our dedicated and experienced team of F&B Supervisors, to lead our Lady Fairfax Room (breakfast) outlet, as well as assisting in other F&B outlets as required.

You will be responsible for the smooth operation of your assigned outlet, which a focus on improving guest experience and ensuring 5-star service and memorable moments for our guests. This is a fulltime position, and does require 7-day availability with flexibility for AM/PM shifts.

About You

• Previous experience in leading a Food & Beverage team.

• Exceptional communication skills (you will work closely with other Food & Beverage teams in the hotel, including the Conference & Events and Kitchen Team and have direct contact with the guests at the hotel).

• Excellent attention to detail and be genuinely enthusiastic about making our guests experience as positive as possible.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience on developing and motivating staff

• Working knowledge of Infrasys Cloud would be extremely beneficial but not essential

• Hold a current NSW RSA card.

Pay Rates

This is a full time opportunity, you will be expected to be available for rotating shifts Monday – Sunday. Our rates are as per the Hospitality Industry General Awards. This is a level 5 position.
