🔹 Position Summary
We are looking for someone who enjoys customer interaction to support our current sales team in providing account management to our existing client base. A recent graduate with a marketing/business degree would be ideal.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Assist the senior sales staff in the following:
Act as one of the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, quotes, orders, and job updates.
Maintain a dynamic WIP to ensure all relevant departments have the most up to date information.
Coordinate with pre-press, production, and design teams to ensure timely and accurate job setup.
Manage proofing process, including variable data proofs, and facilitate client approvals.
Identify and resolve potential issues before jobs go to press.
Monitor job progress and proactively communicate updates or delays to clients.
Maintain accurate records of job history, customer preferences, and communication.
Assist with quotes, invoicing questions, and post-job follow-ups.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
You must be an Australian Citizen to apply
🔹 Nice to Have
Experience with file review/proofing (PDFs, artwork files).
Experience working with customer management, workflow and estimating software.
Knowledge of direct mail and AusPost requirements.
Background in print production or production coordination.
