A unique opportunity has opened for an experienced sales leader to take the reins of a regional portfolio and lead a high-impact team focused on growth, service excellence, and operational performance.

This position offers the chance to influence strategy, develop talent, and build a top-tier customer engagement function across multiple locations. You'll be leading from the front, setting the tone for success while driving results through people, data, and service excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the residential sales function across a regional network
• Building and developing a high-performing customer engagement and call centre team
• Driving revenue through structured sales planning, coaching, and KPI delivery
• Championing a customer-first mindset and embedding continuous improvement practices
• Leveraging data and analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align with broader goals
