We're working with a highly respected Business Advisory team in the Eastern Suburbs who are on the lookout for a client-focused Intermediate Accountant. You’ll work closely with experienced Managers and Partners across a diverse portfolio of clients — gaining valuable exposure and career development opportunities in a genuinely flexible environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of client assignments
• Prepare financial statements, management accounts, and annual accounts
• Complete tax returns including GST, PAYG, and FBT
• Liaise directly with clients to provide information and resolve queries
• Analyse financial and non-financial information to help improve performance
• Create detailed reports that highlight key business drivers
• Build your knowledge of leading management accounting software

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in public practice
• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance
• CA/CPA qualified or currently completing
• Confident with cloud-based tools like Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, APS etc.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• A positive, team-oriented mindset
