The Role
The EA Agency are thrilled to be partnering with an icon of the Arts Industry. We are recruiting an exciting 10-month contract (could be ongoing) that will have you supporting the CEO's office based in the CBD. This rare opportunity will have you working closely alongside the CEO's EA, acting as a strategic right hand to ensure the CEO stays focused, protected from noise, and always one step ahead. Together, you’ll form a tight unit clearing the path for a dynamic and high-profile leader.
This is more than a standard EA role. In addition to classic support—diary, inbox, and meeting prep—you’ll also be involved in internal and external events, and assist in driving all communications from the CEO’s office. No two days will look the same.
Day to Day
- Tag-teaming with the EA to manage a constantly shifting calendar and inbox
- Gatekeeping and triaging, ensuring the CEO’s attention is always on what matters most
- Helping to shape CEO communications and internal engagement
- Providing hands-on support across events and key moments in the cultural calendar
- Liaising confidently with senior stakeholders and creative teams
- Maintaining momentum across projects and priorities
This role is 5 days onsite and we’re seeking someone who can
start immediately.
- Must be an Australian citizen/resident with full working rights
- You'll be proactive, fast-thinking with exceptional attention to detail
- Ideally you'll come from a creative industry
- Strong communication skills
- Be well presented
- Strong MS Office capabilities
