$160,000 - $195,000 + Super (Pending Experience)

Our client is a market leading business within the building and construction industry. As a result of ongoing growth, they are currently seeking someone to hit the ground running and join the senior management team, reporting to the General Manager.

What will this position entail?
You will be responsible for seeing through the full delivery of a project, with autonomy to run the construction department.

• Strong business development to bring on new projects and build relationships with various builders, developers and contractors.
• Developing the departments strategy to achieve strong financial performance and ensure the high-quality delivery of projects.
• Directly managing and organising the workflow for approximately 30 team members.
• Holding responsibility for the business unit profitability.

How can I be successful?
Our client is eager to find the right person for the role, looking for someone with a dynamic personality who is a genuine leader.

A strong background in project management, particularly within the building and construction industry, is required. Experience in developing and implementing a business strategy is ideal, with a solid understanding of work health and safety and financial management.

Other requirements include a construction white card, drivers’ licence and full Australian working rights.
