We are seeking a highly skilled Grader Operator with proven Final Trim and UTS experience to join our team. This role will float between multiple civil sites across Newcastle and the Central Coast, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate graders for precision final trim work
• Use UTS for accurate grading and levelling
• Support civil works across various active sites
• Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project goals

Requirements:

• Grader RII ticket – essential
• Proven final trim grading experience – essential
• UTS experience – essential
• White Card
• Reliable transport and willingness to travel between sites
• Additional licences or tickets are a bonus
• Strong work ethic and safety-first attitude
