Accounts Payable Officer
Salary: $70k-$80k + super
Location: Chadstone, 1 day WFH

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• High-volume invoice processing - Handle large numbers of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
• Payment processing - Process payments via bank transfers, checks, or other methods while managing payment schedules.
• Bank reconciliations - Match payments with bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Process improvement - Streamline workflows and implement automation for better efficiency.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in an end-to-end AP role.
• Proven experience of high volume invoice processing.
• Manual processing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs).
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
