About the role
We currently have a vacancy for a full time experienced and registered Land Surveyor to join our team in Robina. You will be responsible for providing essential data and analysis to support the successful delivery of a range of developments.
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
Conducting Surveys: Perform boundary, topographic, and construction set out surveys with precision.
Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables multiple projects.
Client Engagement: Liaise with developers, architects, and councils for compliance and satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Review survey plans and cadastral submissions for accuracy.
Mentorship: Guide Associate Surveyors on technical skills and SBQ registration.
Innovation: Implement technologies like 3D laser scanning for efficiency.
About You
Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role, you'll have/be:
Registered Surveyor with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (or eligible).
At least 3+ years in land surveying, with urban development expertise.
Proficient in CAD and surveying programs; strong knowledge of QLD regulations.
Leadership mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, partnered with a passion for mentoring.
Able to commence work within 4–6 weeks.
Full Australian/New Zealand working rights or be a permanent resident with unrestricted working rights - we are unable to process applications from those requiring sponsorship.
