About the Role

This hands-on role supports and enhances the management of Salesforce environments across a broad digital landscape. You'll oversee environment planning, administration, troubleshooting and deployment support, while working closely with vendors and technical teams to optimise the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute Salesforce environment and code management plans
• Perform complex administrative tasks to support releases and CI/CD activities
• Identify automation opportunities across the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve platform issues
• Maintain documentation on environment processes and platform configuration
• Support cross-functional project delivery, including release planning and testing

Skills & Experience

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of roles, profiles, permissions and sharing rules
• Hands-on experience with Data Loader, Service Cloud and admin tools
• Proven ability to collaborate on troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or Agile delivery is desirable

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
