We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef for our Middle Park location. This is not your average hospitality role, giving you the opportunity to support young people at-risk of or experiencing homelessness in receiving the training, support, and employment that they need to escape the cycle. This role will predominantly include prep, cooking and customer service work.

Responsibilities include:

Maintain high-quality food standards in line with our brand and customer expectations

Follow and uphold all recipes and prep guidelines

Prep and cook for service, including breakfast and lunch service

Monitor and manage ingredient levels and kitchen stock

Leave clear prep lists and handover notes for the following day

Manage and place stock orders as needed
