We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef at our busy restaurant serving modern Italian and casual cuisine at Southbank/CBD. The location is easily accessed by public transport.

We have exciting opportunities for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our busy team.

This is a minimum of 40 hours per week, reporting directly to the Head Chef.

Experience will include: provision of consistent quality and presentation in a generally fast paced high volume environment, ability to work under pressure at times, working within a team and minimum 2 years experience working as a Pizza Maker, including hand stretching pizzas.

The position is 5 shifts worked over a 7 day roster which may be lunch and/or dinner service including on weekends and public holidays.
