Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Investment Adviser who has a strong understanding of investment strategies and financial products. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of professionals and will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial advice, focusing on building and managing client relationships while providing tailored investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview prospective clients to evaluate their finances and goals and discuss financial options.

Conduct financial assessments, provide advice, analysis, and risk profiling for new and existing clients.

Consider and advise upon risk and taxation-based considerations of any investment action.

Monitor and action investments and adjust plans as needed.

Develop, execute and present tailored investment strategies and financial plans.

Provide advice on various investment products, including superannuation, shares, and managed funds.

Establishing financial goals and creating and executing plans to achieve these goals.

Providing recommendations and arranging insurance coverage.

Maintain compliance with all AFSL and ASIC regulations and ensure ethical and regulatory standards are upheld.

Build and nurture client relationships by providing ongoing support and portfolio reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

At least a year’s experience in a similar position.

Minimum of RG146 compliance and experience in financial advisory roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with financial planning software and client management tools (preferred).
