Your Duties

This role will see you working alongside the Director, and providing crucial support in all areas of property sales. Day to day will include:

• Assisting to get properties onlineonce listed
• Marketing & advertising coordination
• Buyer management and attending to enquiries
• Attending Open Homes and database management
• Administrative tasks such as drafting documents, forwarding contracts
• Daily reporting

Specific requirements

Our client is very open on experience and background, but you will be able to demonstrate that you have the following:

• Strong administrative ability and good attention to detail
• A current Real Estate License or Certificate (or willing to gain)
• A car and drivers licence
