Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and progressive local council in delivering a multi-year technology program. As part of the Enabling Projects team, you will play a key role in complex projects that drive meaningful, business-led change across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have:
- Certification in change management and demonstrated experience leading and enabling successful business-led change across complex initiatives.
- Proven ability to engage, influence and empower stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong and adaptable communication skills, with the ability to develop practical, audience-focused change plans and materials for diverse stakeholder groups.

About the role
The Business Enablement team is seeking an experienced Change Management Business Partner to provide change management guidance and coaching for leaders across transformation initiatives, with a focus on enabling business-led change. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing Manningham's Change Management methodology and tools to guide future project delivery.
Skills and experience
- Ability to coach and support leaders in taking ownership and executing business-led change.
- Strong experience in managing change management activities within projects.
- Proven experience in designing and facilitating change management workshops.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to navigate complex business environments undergoing significant change.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
