We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Chef or Career Cook to join our dynamic team and take charge of the pass in our busy, high-volume bistro.

Our kitchen is a favourite among both locals and visitors, and with demand continuing to grow, we’re looking for someone who can deliver quality, consistency, and speed under pressure.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position with responsibilities including:

* Running the pass and coordinating service

* Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes

* Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment

* Ensuring high standards in food quality, consistency, and presentation

* Supporting the Catering Manager with other duties as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Passionate about food and takes pride in their work

* Experienced in a high-volume kitchen environment

* Confident with verbal communication and kitchen leadership

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure

* Certified in food safety and hygiene

* Energetic, positive, and proactive in their approach

What We Offer

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000, based on your experience and skills. You’ll be joining a respected and growing team with a great reputation and the chance to play a key role in its continued success.
