What you’ll earn

You’ll be paid a competitive base salary, plus super.

On top of that, you’ll earn a quarterly bonus tied directly to performance. No moving goalposts. No guesswork.

A high-performing sales professional with consistent activity and disciplined pipeline management can expect to earn $185k in their first year.

What the role involves

You’ll be responsible for enrolling the right business owners into Ignite.

That includes:

Generating new leads through outreach, referrals, events, and networking

Qualifying inbound leads and identifying who’s a strong fit

Running proper discovery calls that are sharp, focused, and straight to the point

Understanding what’s not working and helping them see a better path

Managing your pipeline with discipline

Closing deals in a way that’s confident, not pushy

You’ll run the full sales process, use the tools properly, and keep things moving.

You’ll get support, but you’ll be expected to take ownership.

What we’re looking for

You’ve done B2B sales before, ideally for a few years.

You’ve sold to business owners or senior decision-makers.

You know how to manage a pipeline and close deals without drama.

You’re disciplined. You don’t need chasing.

You don’t slam the laptop shut at five if the job’s not done.

You take pride in doing things properly because the people you’re selling to deserve that. The people we work with are business owners chasing something big. They’ve put everything on the line.
