Key Responsibilities: Parts Interpreter Salesperson

Candidates with previous sales experience in ANY trade, metalwork, or commercial manufacturing enterprise will be given preferential consideration.

The sales team is service-oriented and customer-centric. To successfully fulfill this role, you will be required to;

Assist retail customers and commercial clients in identifying and sourcing the right trailer parts and accessories.

Provide technical product knowledge and expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels effectively.

Process orders efficiently and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Collaborate with stores, workshop and quality teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in parts interpreting or a related role that encompasses a mechanical or service aspect

Minimum 2 years' experience in parts interpreting or related mechanical service role

Strong knowledge of trailer parts, automotive components, or commercial manufacturing.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously and within a dynamic team environment.

A proactive, problem-solving approach to assisting customers and managing inventory.

Proficiency with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems

Ideally, the successful candidate will also:

Have demonstrated a Service Orientation work approach - that is, actively looking for ways to help people.

Be a practical, motivated self-starter who can work independently and unsupervised with support from fellow workers.

Forklift ticket (LF), training will be provided if you do not have one

Experience as a storeperson / salesperson

Experience with trailer/car-part picking knowledge

Experience in the Metal trade
