Property Network of Australia is looking for an experienced Facilities Supervisor / Manager to support the delivery of maintenance programs, safety compliance, and minor project works across a portfolio of aged care within the SA & WA region.

This is a key role & standalone role responsible for maintaining the integrity and functionality of a portfolio of aged care facilities mainly across the SA & WA .Travel required for a couple of nights per month. Your role will ensure environments remain safe, compliant, and aligned with resident needs whilst providing a first class service across the portfolio.

The position will pay in the region of $110k to $115k package + car allowance.

This is NOT an engineering or hugely technical focussed FM role. Focus will be on managing a volume of reactive works, as such needs someone with a well organised & customer approach to ensure the works and relationships are managed well across sub-contractors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of preventative/reactive maintenance, essential services, and capital works
• Support site-based Maintenance Officers across your designated region
• Act as a key liaison between sites, contractors, and the Property Services team
• Champion workplace health and safety (WHS) and risk compliance across all facilities
• Monitor work orders, assess capital expenditure requests, and maintain asset registers
• Coordinate incident response and resolution to minimise disruption to operations
• Regularly conduct site audits, inspections, and compliance reporting
• Maintain documentation, contractor communication, and reporting systems (incl. ESM)

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Trade or technical understanding in building/facility services
• High level of self-management and decision-making capability
• Willingness to travel regularly across regional sites (occasional interstate travel)
• Proven experience in managing maintenance programs in a service-focused environment
• Understanding of building compliance, safety standards, and accreditation requirements
