Senior Project Manager – Metro Growth Planning

As a Senior Project Manager in our Metro Growth Program, you will oversee the planning phase of major growth projects, ensuring they are aligned with strategic commitments and delivered within scope, time, and budget. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement to support sustainable development and community outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and approval processes for large-scale growth projects.
- Manage design partners and ensure compliance with design, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor project performance, report progress, and implement improvements.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and sustainability standards are upheld throughout project lifecycle.
- Drive innovative solutions and process efficiencies.

About You
- Proven experience in program planning and project management, particularly for large or complex projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- A commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
