Project Manager – Client side National Commercial Fit-Outs

Join a highly regarded, privately owned consultancy delivering premium commercial office fit-outs and refurbishments across Australia. With a strong pipeline of work and projects currently in delivery, they’re seeking a capable and confident Project Manager (or CA ready to step up) to join their growing Melbourne team.

What’s on offer:

• Diverse Project Portfolio: Work on commercial fit-out and refurb projects ranging from $1M–$3M, up to $30M, across multiple states.
• Key Role: Lead the delivery of one key project while supporting the team across others, working directly with a hands-on and supportive Director.
• Client-Facing Responsibility: Be trusted to represent the business in front of clients from day one, with real autonomy and backing.
• Interstate Travel: Projects in Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, Darwin, and Perth. Travel is typically one week on/one week off, and can be tag-teamed with another PM.
• Great Culture & Flexibility: A close-knit team of 16 in Melbourne including Designers, PMs, Estimators, Directors, and a BDM. Flexible start/finish options and a commitment to work-life balance.

About You:

• Experience in project delivery from a builder-side or consultancy background
• Strong understanding of tendering, services coordination, and documentation processes
• Confident, solutions-focused and capable of representing the business with clients
• Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow in your career
• Bring energy and drive to lead and support multiple projects
