About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to contribute to residential carpentry projects such as decks, patios, and renovations in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Reporting directly to the Owner and Leading Hand, some of your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating within a small, supportive crew

Maintaining reliability, punctuality, and a proactive mindset

Executing a range of carpentry tasks in residential outdoor renovations

Thinking on your feet to tackle diverse and dynamic project requirements

Learning and growing under the guidance of a caring and experienced business owner

About You

The successful candidate will have:

A Certificate III in Carpentry qualification

Experience with insulated panel roofs and First Aid ticket is desirable

Proven experience in residential carpentry (4th year apprentices encouraged to apply

Personal qualities including reliability, independence, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work independently
