This is your opportunity to step into an Assistant Store Manager role with a nationally recognised brand renowned for its timeless designs, fine craftsmanship, and personalised service. Your Role:

Support the Store Manager to lead and inspire the store team to deliver premium service and exceed sales targets

Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance

Deliver personalised, consultative service to customers, building genuine long-term relationships

Contribute to sales initiatives and business growth strategies

Uphold exceptional standards in store presentation and product knowledge

Support with training and coaching to build team capability and performance

Confidently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager

What We're Looking For:

Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar, ideally in luxury or jewellery retail

A polished and professional approach with strong communication skills

Passionate about customer service and delivering elevated, memorable experiences

A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative and high-end environment

Strong operational skills including stock control and VM

Commercially minded with a drive to meet and exceed targets

A genuine appreciation for fine jewellery and luxury craftsmanship
