About This Exciting Role

As an Sales Account Manager your mission will be to connect to our prospects via phone, email, Zoom and social media and captivate them with your communication skills.

This isn’t about aggressive selling, it’s about educating potential clients on our services and finalising the deal.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking booked calls and identifying potential clients.

Following up potential clients.

Calling new leads that come in where applicable.

Keeping accurate records in our client management software.

Collaborating with other team members by phone, email and message.

Ideal Candidate Traits

Relentless in the desire to further your career in sales and ecommerce.

Goal focused with high levels of self motivation.

Technologically adept with proficiency in computers .

Strong sales/closing background (5+ years proven experience).

High integrity and work ethic - with a growth mindset.

Great sense of humour (this is essential)!

Bonus points if you have previous experience working in outbound phone sales & you have a background in ecommerce or education businesses.
